Hi you all, new here and in science- I'm on my first year of my MSc.
I have a question- I need to chack the influance of a drug on macrophages, to see if they absorb it some how.
To do so,I'll need to grow them on a plate. How do I extract them from the animal and for how long can I keep them on the plate?
Is there any cell line that can be purchased?

Any information will help, since I'm new in the erea.
