Hi. I am wondering if someone could explain to me about the relationship between Vero cells passage number and antiviral activity. I mean whether it true that after a number of passages, the antiviral activity of Vero cells (or cells in general) might fall or display nothing at all. any suggestion or recommendation is appreciative.
