Hi,

I am using Lipofectamine 2000 to transfect Pre-miRs from Ambion. However, recently I have been getting low cell viability when transfecting the Negative Control #1 (scrambled sequence) when comparing this with cells containing transfection agent-containing medium alone, no added pre-mirs.

Would there be any explanation for this?
