Dear all

I am PhD student. I will start doing microarray as a main part of my project. Unfortunately my supervisor did not do any microarray before.  I have been reading about the microarray from long time but I still don’t know which software I should buy for data analysis. I will knockdown the gene of interest then see how that gene is affecting the other genes buy affymetrix.  please recommend software for analysis.
