Hello,
Please suggest me methods to detect apoptosis in tumor tissue slides as well as samples samples.
I did Tunnel staining but I am unable to find tunnel positive cells due to high background.
I will appreciate the help.

If epithelial cells, you can also try measuring cytokeratin 18 (ELISAs are available for few different methods)
