Thanks for the link hobglobin!! Saw an article this morning on a Spanish newspaper, thought of posting here, but never got the chance.
It's a shame things like this happen, but nice to see that something was done about it. We've heard similar things in this forum, this might encourage people to expose things like this in the future!!

I can't believe he got off with only 8800 plus 600 fine--If he had keyed a car they would charge him the cost to fix it.... It is good to read that his boss checked up on him and got him fired again though....
