I've heard some good things about Topo taq DNA polymerase enzyme for PCR use (sold by company called Fidelity Systems). Does anyone here use it? If so, if I make up a mastermix with Topo taq, can I store it at 4*C overnight? I commonly do this with the Taq polymerase I currently use, and it works fine, but I'd also like to try Topo taq (it has some advantages listed over my Taq), however since I usually don't do PCR right away can I get away with making up a Topo taq PCR mastermix, store it in 4*C overnight, and run my PCR in the morning? Or must the Topo taq mastermix be used right away?
