I do RNA extraction from blood samples using Qiagen kit for RNA EXTRACTION and what was hapenning was that the RNA was contaminated with DNA  and i tried to get red off this DNA by using Dnase Rnase free but the concentrtion of RNA dropped and the con of DNA also drpeed in the same level but it (DNA) still there.


I need a help to solve thais problem
