I have been given the task of trying to find a dictionary,handbook of sorts that will be used as a tool to show Farmers that a Plant has an infinite amount of Proteins, Amino Acids,Enzymes,Organic Acids,Lipids etc. I have been trying to locate 1 book if possible that would quantify all the elements of a plant. So far I haven't found such a beast. I have been told that such a book doesn't exist. Please reply,any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Rennie
