hello all,
I recently did TUNNEL staining by in situ cell death detection kit supplied by Roche-applied sciene.
I got a lot of backgroung staining that I am unable to find TUnnel positive cells.
my control and treated samples are looking same.
CAn anybody help me how to mininise background staining.
any suggestions on it.
I followed the protocol given in kit.
