I have a list of proteins (IPI accession numbers) and I would like a list of biological processes for these proteins. Ultimately I want to take that list and create a pie chart in excel to show what percentage of proteins are involved in different processes. But I can't figure out how to generate the process list, or where to do it. The databases I have found either automatically filter results based on statistical significance, which I don't care about, or they don't accept IPI numbers. I hope somebody can help.

how large is you protein data? If it is less.. you can manually find the biological processes and create excel sheets based on that
