Hi, I'm a bit confused as to why my RNA doesn't migrate to the same location when running denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis.  Could it be because I need more buffer (the amount I use right now barely covers the top of the gel).  The procedure I follow is similar to this http://www.ambion.co...pp/rna_gel.html

I'm not sure what's going on..any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
