Two-Hybrid System

I got a plasmid contamination impeding my two hybrid screen. As it appeared immediately after thawing yeast strain AH109alpha and the plasmid is perfectly adapted to the system´s selection markers (KANA resistence in E.coli and expression of TRP1 in yeast) it may have been aquired with the kit. Anyone made similar experiences?
