same pb, but i try to fond something in the mips web
http://www.mips.biochem.mpg.de in yeast in search tool the gene name is exg1. There is a lot of litterature and probably the method, but i isolate an isoform in using mutant with vanadate(!?). Indeed the form is cytoplasmic and it's the only protein that stay in the cell wall of my cells after treatement (verification by maldi-tof)
