I am confused about preparing stock solutions for nuclear extraction. Because I will use extracts in a reaction where the nuclease-protease free and sterile solutions are needed, I should prepare stock solutions for extraction compatible with the subsequent reaction. I do not want to prepare them with DEPC-treated water, because of interference problem of redidual DEPC in reactions. Do you know any other simple way to prepare nuclease and protease free sterile solutions? Can sterile ultra pure water be a choice?
