Hi All
Im trying to purify recombinant protein from Coli cells (invitrogen one-shot cells). But during lysis of the cells my protein seem to be degraded. How can I prevent this?

there are comercially available protease inhibitors, such as benzamidine or PMSF.  

There are other protease inhibitor mixes you can purchase also.

that should decrease amount of degradation you get.
