What is usual review time??? We submit one paper and we get comments in one month and we again re-submitted. Its more then one month now and we got no news????
is it normal..... does one month is standard time or it can take more then one month as well.

It depends on the journal, usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the reviewing process. Some journals may take more, up to 3 months.
Just be patient and you should get the answer soon from the editor.
