I'm making a primary neuronal cell culture line and I want to put several different concentrations of morphine on it to see if I can very the results, how do I find the EC50 or ED50 for morphine>  Is this a good place to start, then steadily increase until about 10uM?

well .. here i attach you a paper that shows you how to calculate the ED50 & the EC50 ...
wished i found a simpler one !
