Hi

Does anyone know if i can use the media supernatant of my lentivirus for infecting cells (in vitro experiments) or i have to follow the complete protocol of purifying and concentrating the virus and then using on cells...i know for in vivo studies i need the virus to be pure and conc. but is it required for the in vitro stuff too????
