I know that softwares like 'ImageQuant' or 'Gel-pro Analyzer' are used for Western blotting image quantification. But my lab only has 'ImagePro Plus' and I did some Western blotting recently that needs quantification. Right now, I just am not sure whether it's acceptable or how accurate it is compared with other softwares.
So if anyone knows how to use ImagePro Plus to do this job, could you share your experience a bit with me? Even some simple instructions will be helpful!
