I want to purified cytosol protein and nuclear protein separately from mice brain cortex, tongue, heart, and leg muscle. The tissues had stored in -70C now. Is there any protocol for the protein extraction? Should I use different buffer for different tissue protein extraction or can I use the same one and same protocol? Thank you!
