Hi guys, I am trying to use pre-miRs from ambion to knockdown my target (which was confirmed by luciferase reporter assay), but by looking at the endogenous protein, I actually get opposite results...instead of my target decreasing, it is actually increasing.

any suggestions as to why this might be happening, I tried both 10 and 20nM for the pre-miRs
