For 10ml culture volume what are the sonication conditions to be maintained, cn anybody plzz help mw out

20 cycles of 30 min with amplitude of 60 will be enough to lyse cells completely, give a break of 1 minut after each cycle

Is it 20 cycles of 30sec or 30 min ?
