Hi Everyone,

I'm embedding E7.5- E9.5 mouse embryos into OCT for snap freezing and cryosectioning. I'm able to embed them into OCT without much difficulties but I'm unable to locate the embryo during my sectioning, even though I try to place them near the top of the block. The embryos are fixed in 2% PFA/30% sucrose for 2 hours and washed with 30% sucrose overnight.

All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
