Hi all!
Does anyone has an experience with long-term culture of mouse cerebellar neurons? I would like to make one, but I can't find protocol where KCl is NOT used. Is it really hopeless to get the culture without KCl? I want to study synaptic proteins expression and don't know how KCl might affect it. Please share your experience.  Thanks!
