Hi everyone,
I need to stain lipid rafts in A549 cells with cholera toxin b. I have tried to find the staining protocol and am confused with different methods using different fixation methods (different concentrations of PFA, different temperatures and incubation times) and different concentration and incubation time and temperatures for choleratoxin. I would appreciate if anyone can send me a protocol they have used with cholera toxin b to stain lipid rafts.
