Hi,

I am trying to purify the mammalian secreted protein, I can see fair amount of protein  after ni purification but it undergoes proteolysis.  I treated with TEV and ENDO F to cleave off  the tags and after that I run on commassie and Westernblot and  I dont see my protein any more!!  all I see is only TEV what could be happening?
