we use glass slides coated with silane which works fine for immunohistology with paraffin sections of skin for example. Slices of cartilage or meniskus, however, often detach during the demasking of epitopes. Is there another coating which works better with those tissues or does anybody have another hint?
Thanks in advance.
P.S.: Arr, sorry, probably the wrong section, maybe a mod could please move this thread to Immunology?
