I'm confused :S
I standardized everything for my real time PCR experiment by doing regular PCRs, and got very nice amplicons both for the standard curves and cDNA. However, when I run my qRT-PCR plate with ssoFast Evagreen, I got no amplification signal for the whole plate!! No even the standard curve :S To rule out a problem with the detector I ran the products on an agarose gel with ethidium bromide and saw no amplification product, just the smears for the cDNA. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated!!
