I'm sorry, but i 've never worked w/ phosphoinositides before... My goal is to reconstitute them and then spot different concentrations on a nitrocellulose membrane in order to perform lipid binding specificity assays.

I just got the package and realize they mention that they should not be reconstituted on plastic, nor handled w/ plastic tips...

any advice on how usually you perform these experiments?
