I made a dumb mistake. I accidently stained my membrane with Ponceau S after staining for an hour!!! My whole membrane turned red! And will not unstain. Any advice??!!

Unfortunately there is little you can do about this (presuming you mean that you blocked for 1 hour and then Ponceau), other than lots of washes - try in blocking solution - it has protein so it should remove some of the stain at least.
