I have some problem to get a negtive control of estrogen receptor beta for western blot? anybody have any suggestion? thanks.

Hi,
if you look at this paper, they profiled all 49 nuclear receptor expressions in 51 human cancer cell lines. In the supplementary data you should find ERbeta also.
Expression profiling of nuclear receptors in the NCI60 cancer cell panel reveals receptor-drug and receptor-gene interactions.
