Dear all.
As I have the purified BBMV protein but I wanna confirm that the proteins are from midgut. And I decided to detect leucine amino acid arylamidase. But I have no information in my hand. I also tried to search from apbiotech and promega but they didn't help. Could you guys give me a protocol for detection or the detection kit for this enzyme marker.
