I need to test various patients for some specific SNPs. Actually, different patients for the same SNPs (around 30-40 SNPs). I need sth practical and cheap. There are many ways to do it; PCR and sequencing, RT-PCR, arrays or SMPlex. I need sth cheap and simple, because it s a procedure that we ll be repeating daily. Microarrays may represent the most simple solution but for 40 SNPs may be exaggerated. And our budget cannot support a platform!

Again the question: daily detection of 30-40 SNPs from several patients.Which is the best technique?

Thank you all
chris
