Hi everyone,
we like to use the immunosuppressive drug azathioprine in vitro and have obtained pure powder. The information given by different companies is to dilute up to 10mg/ml in water, which is stable for 24 hours at 15-25 degree celsius. I found info on 2mg/ml in 0.9% NaCl, which is known to be stable at 4 degrees for 16 days. A search for articles and questions to authors did not help so far. Does anyone know how to make a solution that can be stored longer at -20 to -80 degrees for research purposes?
Many thanks for any suggestions.
