Is there a company that does developing and production of custom primary antibody solely based on DNA sequence?

My lab uses Covance to good effect.
They will synthesize peptides (a dozen or two amino acids) and inject those.
Has worked pretty well for us, sometimes better than using purified proteins, heh.
