I'm pretty sure you can mix the lithium and sodium salts of dNTPs and it won't adversely affect your PCR reactions but I just wanted to be 100% sure. Does anyone know of a reason why you shouldn't? It might not normally come up but for some reason we ran out of one of the dNTPs before all the others and now we just have some of the lithium salts here.
