Trying to homogeneously anchor a his-tag protein on top of a supported lipid bilayer composed of DOPC and DOGS-NTA-Ni, but usually aggregations are seen. How to prevent the occurance of this bloody side-effect? Any special prerequisite to be satisfied in the buffer recipe?
