Is it known how long it takes for T-DNA to be integrated into plant genome?
Thanks

T-DNA is bordered by 25-base-pair repeats on each end. Transfer is initiated at the left border and terminated at the right border and requires the vir genes of the Ti plasmid.

I normally use the http://www.wiziq.com/tutorials/biology"]biology tutorials to search for my problems and it is very helpful so i recommend you to go through this and it will help you in each query.
