Hello, we're trying to do dry cell weight measurements for saccharomyces cerevisiae and other yeasts. In Publications, people don't typically explain how it's done in details. We had someone attempt doing that with little success. I think they dried the cells ovenight in an oven. I would really appreciate it if someone can describe the method in a little more detail.
