Hi,

I am a novice in the field of oligos and siRNA. I am trying to design cationic lipid nanocarriers for delivery of oligos and siRNA. I need to design and deliver anti-sense GFP and siRNA that can knock down GFP expression in GFP expressing M4A4 cell lines. Can some one help me with the design of anti-sense oligonucleotides and siRNA so that I can design appropriate anti-sense or siRNA for testing my lipid nanocarriers.
