Hello,

I work with cocultures of an adherent feederlayer and a suspension cell line. I know that both cell types are capable of secreting the VEGF protein into the supernatant. In the moment I use RnD Quantikine VEGF ELISA and measure VEGF in supernatant of the two cell types separately. In supernatant of coculture I measure amounts higher than just an addition of both. I would like to determine how the different cell types contribute to that increase.
Is there a way of distinguishing the VEGF derived from the feederlayer from the VEGF derived from the suspension cell line in the supernatant of the coculture? Does anyone has an idea?

Help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot!
