how to determine the concentration for standard to be use on gas chromatography?
what i want to detect in my mixture is diallyl sulfide, diallyl disulfide and ajoene

Hello,
based on the case you are studying, you will determine the conc. of the standard.
do pubmed search on these compounds, to know what were the studies held on before, using GC.
