I am looking for techniques to analyze specific DNA binding of a putative transcription activator. I need to be able to identify it, isolate it, and determine what other factors may be interacting with it.  Can anyone describe a biotin-strepavidin method to isolate the putative binding-site once it has been incubated with cell lysate?
