I intend to use BAC technology to make mutant virus, right now I have insert the virus genome into the BAC vector, I hope to know what is the best way to delete a specific domain of a gene without inserting an antibiotic resistant gene in it.
I have no idea to do it now, pls give me your best advices. Great thanks!
