Hi,

We're using a tyramide signal amplification (TSA) kit for in-situ hybridization.
Unfortunately we ran out of the amplification diluent, but still have half of the reagent.
We can't buy the amplification diluent by itself, we need to buy the full kit.
Does anyone know of a good substitute for the diluent, even if it means using a higher concentration of TSA?
