hi, everyone,
i am new in plasmid construct.  i want to make a plasmid which can be expressed in the palnt and the product later be used for vaccinating model animals. Can anyone help me find out which plant is appropriate , which plasmids are commercially available, which methods are more practical, the difference and merits and dismeritws between expressing animal viral protein in plants and in bacteria. or give me some clues about them.
