I currently want to establish the wound-healing assay (scratch assay) in our lab. I am looking for a suitable ECM substrate (laminin-5?) for my cell culture dishes to be coated with! I work with cancer cell lines of epithelial origin.

I think you can perform the scratch assay without coating if you are working on adherent cancer cell lines.
