Hi,

I am designing cationic lipid nanocarriers for delivery of oligos and siRNA. I need to design and deliver anti-sense GFP and siRNA that can knock down GFP expression in GFP expressing M4A4 cell lines. Can some one help me with the information on sense GFP sequence used for developing M4A4 GFP cell lines so that I can design appropriate anti-sense or siRNA for testing my lipid nanocarriers.
