May I use pET30c to expresse all proteine of a bacterie genome? Actualy I have one impediment question about fusion protein, I think that in this expression library, only a third of clones will express the bacterie protein, and two third will be NEW protein never exist in the world. If it is the case, how many antibodies in the human serum will interact with these NEW protein? If the smallest protien has at least 100 amino acid, what is the minimum amino acid number for a polypepetide to react with its antobody?
